Take Volokolamskoe shosse , region direction. In Krasnogorsk go till Rechnaya street. Along Rechnaya street and turn right after 540 meters for Opticheskij pereulok. Going along Opticheskij pereulok about 250 meters you'll be at the 1A destination place.
